What are your shipping costs?
For orders within Australia we offer shipping costs between $6.99 - $9.99 depending upon weight. Your order generally takes between 1 – 5 working days in the post (depending on your location) to receive and includes a tracking number.
For international orders the un-tracked rates via air mail differ. International orders generally take between 3 - 10 working days. If you would like to upgrade to tracked post, or want more detail about your country's shipping rate, please email us at email@example.com.

Can you do express shipping for International orders?

How long will my order take?
Ready-made garments will be shipped between 1 - 3 days from order placement, and will generally take between 1 - 5 days in the post within Australia depending upon your location.

Do you exchange or return?
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we love to receive feedback!
We pride ourselves on quality well-made garments, but should there be an issue with any garment ordered, please email us at email@example.com.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
A refund will not be granted for:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. This is available within 30 days of your purchase.
We exchange items if the item size was incorrectly chosen by the customer, as long as the item is sent back unused and in the same condition that you received it. This is available within 30 days of your purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We are not held responsible for lost or damaged items sent back to us for refund or exchange.
We recommend a gentle cold hand or machine wash for all dukes and duchesses garments. Please take care when ironing with a cool or warm iron, and do not iron near press studs or tee prints.
