Do you exchange or return?
We love to produce quality garments that are carefully checked multiple times - however should there be an issue, please email us!

What is your return policy?
We can offer an exchange or credit (excluding sale or custom items) if you meet certain criteria:

* Item must be unused and unworn;

* Item must be undamaged;

* Item must be in the same condition that you received it; and

* Item must be returned within 21 days after delivery.

If we feel satisfied that this criteria have been met and we approve the refund, we will process the refund within a reasonable amount of time.

What is your exchange policy?
We exchange items if: 

* the item is faulty (decided at our discretion);

* the item is the wrong size or fit;

* the item is in the same condition as you received it;

* the item is returned within 21 days after delivery; and

* the item is unused and unworn.

Who pays shipping costs for returns or exchanges?
If you need to return or exchange an item, the shipping costs are paid by you.

What happens if the item is damaged or lost during shipping back to you?
We are not held responsible for lost or damaged items sent back to us for exchange or return. We recommend the package is returned with a tracking number.
